Welcome to OrdiExpo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of OrdiExpo (the "Service"), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by ArchiusComus ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using OrdiExpo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By creating an account, accessing, or using OrdiExpo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To use OrdiExpo, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support.ordiexpo@archiuscomus.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or store through OrdiExpo, including but not limited to products, product specifications, images, quotes, leads, organization data, and branding materials ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
By using the Service, you grant ArchiusComus a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, back up, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account, except as required for backup and legal obligations.
ArchiusComus retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use ArchiusComus's or OrdiExpo's branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.
You agree to use OrdiExpo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service to:
You are solely responsible for the content you create, store, and share through the Service. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this policy, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
OrdiExpo offers subscription plans with varying features and limits. Current pricing and plan details are available at www.ordiexpo.com or upon request by contacting support.ordiexpo@archiuscomus.com.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Charges are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increases. The new pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing period following the notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that date. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

We strive to provide a reliable and accessible Service, but we do not guarantee that OrdiExpo will be available at all times without interruption. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that may materially affect your use of the Service.
We perform regular automated backups of Service data and implement data redundancy measures to protect against data loss. While we take reasonable precautions to safeguard your data, no system is entirely immune to data loss.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any critical data stored in the Service. We recommend that you regularly export or back up important content, including product information, lead data, and organization settings. ArchiusComus shall not be liable for any loss of data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ARCHIUSCOMUS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately. Your data will be scheduled for deletion and permanently removed within 30 days of termination, unless retention is required by law. We are not obligated to retain or provide copies of your data after termination, so we recommend exporting any important data before closing your account.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations, including those of Finland, the European Union, and any other relevant jurisdictions. You shall not use the Service in any manner that would violate such laws or regulations, and you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or territory subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support.ordiexpo@archiuscomus.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before resorting to litigation. Mediation shall take place in Finland under the rules of a mutually agreed-upon mediation service.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal resolution or mediation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ArchiusComus.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and ArchiusComus regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
The failure of ArchiusComus to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by ArchiusComus.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. ArchiusComus may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
ArchiusComus shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, epidemics, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and ArchiusComus. Neither party has the authority to bind the other or to incur any obligation on behalf of the other.
